I'm beginning to suspect that gtk_combo is somehow broken (as least as used by
Wireshark) in the current Windows GTK2 (unlikely though that seems).
Using the combo box in the "Find" dialog also causes Wireshark to crash.
I haven't yet tried the combo's used by AirPcap but I wouldn't be surprised if
using them also causes a crash.
(Surprisingly there aren't that many uses of gtk_combo in Wireshark).
So: definitely on to doing a test program.
