Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".
--
--with-plugins=<dir> is documented as placing the plugins in <dir>.
Unfortunately that doesn't actually happen.. Attached patch fixes the issue
