I have it tested and it works well (with small bugfixies).
I will release it if there are no objections.

It would be good to have possibility to add remote interfaces in the capture
preference dialog but it could be done later.

BTW I will look to RPCAP GUI in the Analyzer 3.0 alpha if I find it on my PC.
As I remember it looked quite good and probably we can find ideas in it how to
improve our GUI.
