BTW, I haven't noticed funny characters in any of the dialogs, but I do notice
that the highlighting (normally blue) in the VoIP calls window turns teal
sometimes before a crash (and sometimes without a crash).  Probably not
related, but still odd.

On the VoIP calls window disappearing behind the Wireshark window when the
refiltering packets dialog comes up, I should be able to fix that one pretty
quickly when I get a chance.  I'm more interested in fixing this crash first
though :).  The voip_calls.c code is messy IMHO and has lots of weird &
duplicated code :(.
