This would be an issue with WinPcap on whether it even supports your wireless
modem.  Please contact the WinPcap folks at http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htm.
 (WinPcap is what Wireshark uses on Windows platforms to do the actual
interface listing & capturing).  Wireshark has no control over what interfaces
are recognized.
