after bug 2028 I automagically check all dissectors for this condition I found
at least one winner.

Note: many dissectors are using something like:

unsigned i;
unsigned nbe = get_tvb_xxx() 
for (i = 1; i <= nbe; i++) { ... }

they will eventually throw an exception because what's in the for block, but
maybe it'd be better to use for (i = 0; i < nbe; ...) when i is only used as
counter.
