One curious thing I noticed though.  With the display filter field abbreviation
change of bfdcontrol to bfd, we now have a few duplicate display filter field
names.  For example, there are now two:

bfd.flags.p
bfd.flags.f

Should the two previous bfdcontrol.flags.p and bfdcontrol.flags.f be renamed to
bfd.control.flags.p and bfd.control.flags.f to avoid the conflict?  Perhaps
some of the others should be renamed to bfd.control.x as well?  I don't know
anything about this protocol to make any decision as to how best to resolve
this, merely reporting it. ;)
