Proposal patch for gtk/uat_gui.c

I think, a wrong parameter is given to uat_window_delete_event_cb, because this
function is dereferencing again the pointer ( uat->rep->window ).
I am wondering, why the problem is not detected during compilation ?
And why there is no crash on my 32bits linux system ?
