This file is a pppd log (pppdump format) and is wrongly detected as an ERF file
with the last SVN version of Wireshark.
I will provide a patch to correct the wrong format detection.
(the file is detected as an ERF file with only one record, and the ERF record
header is correctly formatted, so I need to find a new criteria to detect this
is not an ERF file.)
