patches to the cnf files of CMP and CRMF

this adds new #.EXPORTS and #.REGISTER entries to cmp.cnf and crmf.cnf
it also Renames "CryptographicMessageSyntax2004" to "cms" - the export from the
old (i.e. not 2004) version which is in Wireshark can be used
