ANSI MAP capture file

Here is a capture file you can use to verify the changes.

With revision 22783 there are still problems with OAnswer, ODisconnect and
TDisconnect.

You will also notice a problem in TCAP layer Parameter Set which I have
reported as bug 1821.

There is another problem with triggerAddressList which I am still checking.
