The window is off the upper limits of the screen when the application starts
up.
Primary screen is a wide screen (1280 x 800) laptop screen, secondary screen
(to the right of the primary) is an IBM flat panel running 1600 x 1200. The
primary screen is centered horizontally to the secondary.
I start up the application and the upper left hand corner appears as if it
starts as the upper limits of the secondary screen instead of the primary
screen. If I lock the origin of the primary screen to 0,0 the application
starts up positioned correctly.
