In the "Filter Expression" dialog, all those fields show up under "ANSI
IS-637-A Teleservice"; no fields show up under "ANSI IS-637-A Transport". If
some of the fields show up in the protocol tree under the item for "ANSI
IS-637-A Transport", I'd say that not only should they have names that begin
with "ansi_637_trans", there should be *two* hf[] arrays, one for the fields
that show up under the teleservice protocol and one for the fields that show up
under the transport protocol, and the two arrays should be registered with the
appropriate protocols.
