The pcap packet header only have fields for timestamp, original and included
length so the direction information don't seem to fit in there.
I suppose it must be added after the pcap header, either by adding an extra
byte for direction field or by using the existing H4 packet type field which
has unused bits. The latter is what I propose because capture files generated
by current implementations like bt_read_linux() would then still be compatible
with Wireshark.
