Menu: Edit->Preferences
Expand Protocols
Go to "GSM MAP"Make sure that the range in TCAP SSNs includes 6 "6-9"

If 6 is included in the range there might be another TCAP application protocol
using 6 as well, have its range not to contain conflicting SSNs
