You could have a look at the camel sample captures in the Wireshark Wiki
http://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures
There is an InitialDP containing a CallingPartyNumber (very similar to Called
Party Number)
You will see, according to Q.763 (Figure 10 § 3.9 Called Party Number), that
there is no tag for Octet String and Length
30 => ConnectArg ::= SEQUENCE ...
0c => length
a0 => destinationRoutingAddress [0] DestinationRoutingAddress
0a => length
CalledPartyNumber: 04 08 82 90 ..
