Capture file containing RTP packets of type H.264

This file contains 8 RTP packets of type H.264. With these packets separated
from the rest of the stream, Wireshark can't see that it is an RTP stream, so
you have to ask it to "Decode as..." RTP. It cleary shows that Wireshark
interprets the payload of the packets as RFC2198.
