We can also load cipher_suite_length into a signed int instead of a guint16. 
I've checked in a change in r21665 that does this, along with adding an expert
info warning if we have an odd length.  An installer with the fix should show
up in http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ in the next hour or
so.
