I have filed a request for interpretation of the standard.  I'll get an answer
in July.  Until then, we have the proposed fix if needed.  When the response
comes in, we can go forward from there, which will either be a fix for
Wireshark, or a fix for Avaya and the other vendor in question.  Thanks for
your time and contributions, gentlemen.
