Building wireshark fails if version 0.99.4 is installed, because $(LINK)
operation links against installed libraries instead of libraries from build
directory.
This could be fixed by forcing "-Lwiretap/.libs -Lepan/.libs" in Makefile in
the beginning of LDFLAGS...
