I'm seeing the same issue with McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0.0 when
installing WinPcap 4.0
C:\Documents and Settings\MWarnes\Local Settings\Temp\nsbE4.tmp\System.dll
Detected as: Adware-Softomate.dll
McAfee details:
Virus Definitions: 4960
