Tested on Version 0.99.5 (SVN Rev 20372). Opened SNMP and COPS files from
SampleCaptures and found non of these problems. Logical considering that the
SNMP  dissector was completely replaced. Also the OID presentation code is
changed.

Although Valgrind doesn't stay quiet (also about tcp reassembly) the listed
problems are gone.
