The "Do Not Decode" works for the source port 2571 instead of Destination Port
9494.  You can also go into the protocol preferences and change the default
ports that P_MUL uses (you can even use 0 to disable it).  Since we don't have
a "IBM Tivoli Endpoint" dissector (as far as I can tell), there isn't much we
can do to avoid this wrong dissection because it is going across the right port
for the P_MUL protocol.
