I've checked in what is hopefully a complete fix for this, see:

As I noted there, there seems to be problem with filtering on
rtcp.roundtrip-delay with negative values.  If I don't get a chance to look at
it this week I'll raise it as a separate bug.

The capture file I was testing on did have some comedy field values...
