I would retry for you if I could, but I've recently changed to a new job
function, and no longer have access to a dual-monitor windows PC. Sorry...
I believe this bug should be reproducible pretty easily, by anyone with two
screens (including laptop users with an external monitor). Just set the primary
monitor (on the left) so that windows thinks the top of that screen is
physically lower than the secondary monitor. In other words, make sure the
upper-left corner of screen 1 starts at overall (desktop) position 0,n (x,y),
where n is > 0.
