Each of the malformed packets you attached is suffering from the same problem
where the PPPoE payload length is incorrect. You may want to check with your
Internet Service Provider about this problem.
Could you send a few packets from the PPPoE session that are not malformed? I
will add a check to the PPPoE dissector that verifies if the payload length is
correct to help spot these problems more easily.
