Decoding diamter gives "Diameter Error: Invalid application (name=Diameter
Common Messages, id=0)"

After adding libxml2.dll to the wireshark directory from
http://www.zlatkovic.com/libxml.en.html
Wireshark still gives a pop-up telling that there is a diamter error
