I can reproduce the crash with the SVN 20023 and wireshark-0.99.4
I don't think it is due to the capture file itself.
Could you, please, try again the following actions:
1) Load the file
2) Open the Flow graph window
3) Click OK to have the graph
4) Don't close any windows and open a new statistic
ex statistics -> HTTP -> Load distribution
5) Click on "Create stat"
and you should have a "segmentation fault"
