We could name it av_progams_cant_be_bothered_to_check_file_contents.dll.  :)

We may want to look at adding a "namespace" to our plugins in order to reduce
the chance of name collisions with malware.  Otherwise we could run into the
same problem in the future, e.g. if a malware package includes a file named
"irda.dll" or "agentx.dll".  

Would it make sense to prefix or suffix plugin names with "ws" or "wsp"?  E.g.
"ws_rudp.dll" or "rudp_wsp.dll"?
