Works fine on 0.99.3a. Tested with even larger packet streams (with and without
\r or \n).

I guess this is related to (resolved) bug #852, just saw it in v0.99.3 release
notes
(http://www.wireshark.org/docs/relnotes/wireshark-0.99.3.html#KnownProblems).
Note however that the error message is different. Do you know whether this
(http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=852#c4) was included in
0.99.0?

Anyway, it's fixed now. Thanks.
