The original build information didn't show up for some reason, in addition to
version 0.99.3, this bug shows up in:

5.1.

Running with WinPcap version 3.1 (packet.dll version 3, 1, 0, 27), based on
libpcap version 0.9[.x] on Windows XP S, build 2600.

Ethereal is Open Source Software released under the GNU General Public License.
