E.g. http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html_chunked/ (and all the other
formats) still shows "18766 for Wireshark 0.99.0".

Interestingly, the Developer's Guide is the current version "19183 for
Wireshark 0.99.3"?!?

The buildbot output doesn't showed any obvious problems.

Doesn't seem to be a browser cache problem on my side.
