Step to reproduce the error:
1- Capture enough packets, to allow the vertical scroll bar of "Packet List"
pane appears. Suppose 30 packet were captured. Moving the scroll bar, all
packet can be viewed.
2- Now, capture again more packets than the previous step. Supposing 50
packets, when you use the vertical scroll bar to see all packets. only the
"first 30" are shown (the quantity captured in the previous step).
3- If you re-size the pane, now the scroll bar accommodates to the actual size,
so all the 50 packets can be viewed!
