I've checked in a change to make it say

    Near the beginning of the DESCRIPTION section of wireshark(1) or
<http://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/wireshark.1.html> is a detailed
description of the way Wireshark handles this, which is the same way Tshark
handles this.

and changed other page appropriately.

There's *also* a problem that
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/wireshark.1.html doesn't exist, but
that's a separate problem.
