My interpretation of the bug: You try to say that according to RFC 3208 the PGM
packets containing a SPM (rfc 3208, par 8.1) have a path NLA but that isn't
shown by Wireshark. An example is packet 24 in the attached trace. 
According to the dissector code path NLA presentation (and other address
presentations for that matter) is currently only implemented from
AFI=AFNUM_INET, that is an IPv4 addresses.
